Safety at Camp Marshall

Dear Camp Marshall Families, 

Camp Marshall's Number 1 priority is camper safety. We are one of very few camps in Montana to have earned the American Camp Association's accreditation in November, 2018 for another 5 years. We are under strict guidelines and as of this writing, I am working on our Annual Accreditation Report.

 

Camp Marshall completes background checks for all candidates for counselors, program staff and volunteers through our hiring process, required by ACA. We do so at our expense. All of our staff are required to participate in the Safeguarding God’s People program and no one is hired or volunteers with our children until these conditions are met. In fact all individuals in our Diocese who work with children go through this training.
