We are thrilled to announce that Jacquelyn Claxton will be joining us as the Music Director for Camp Marshall in the summer of 2023! Jacquelyn is a board-certified music therapist with a passion for using music to enrich people's lives. She has an incredible collection of musical instruments and we can't wait for her to share her talents and know
ledge with our campers.
One of our goals for the summer of 2023 is to encourage music leaders from our Diocese to attend one week of summer camp to help our young people and families engage in the ministry of music. We believe that music is an essential part of worship and spiritual growth, and we want to provide opportunities for people to learn and grow in this area.
To kick off this initiative, we will be hosting a Zoom meeting on Thursday, April 27th, 2023 at 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. We invite summer camp chaplains and music leaders from around the Diocese to join us for a conversation about our 2023 summer song book. We will also be discussing the formation of the song book for Episcopal Cursillo.
