Trip Guide / Environmental Educator
Camp Marshall’s Trip Guide plans and works with staff to facilitate Camp Marshall's camp sessions including Adventure Week, and helps to coordinate off-site hiking and camping activities for our residential campers. (S)he also leads a team of staff members in facilitating Camp Marshall's environmental education program, focused on wilderness. Camp Marshall's environmental educator and tripping guide will inventory camping and backpacking equipment, and may assist with activities including sailing, boating, lifeguarding, or challenge course programs.

Documentarian
The Camp Media Assistant uses photography and digital media to document daily life at camp. Each day, the camp documentarian works with a small group of campers to improve photography skills or to use digital media to tell a story about their experience at Camp Marshall.

Arts & Crafts Instructor
The Arts & Crafts Instructor will organize and facilitate opportunities for campers to work in a variety of artistic media, and will encourage campers to experiment with art as a vehicle for reflection.

Music Instructor
The camp Music Instructor will lead music for camp gatherings, including during daily worship and at campfire. (S)he will organize and facilitate opportunities for campers to participate in vocal and instrumental music, and will work directly with campers who want to grow their musical gifts. The Music Instructor will plan and coordinate campfires and campfire activities, and help to facilitate a camper talent show during each camp session.

Waterfront Director
The Waterfront Director plans, implements, and oversees Camp Marshall's waterfront programs, including swimming, kayaking, sailing, and stand up paddle boarding (SUP). The Waterfront Director oversees a team of staff lifeguards, and works with staff members to facilitate waterfront programs and to plan activities on Camp Marshall's waterfront.

Counselors directly supervise campers and are responsible to lead groups of campers in daily camp activities. Counselors lead and motivate campers, and facilitate safe group interactions to foster campers’ social, spiritual, physical, and intellectual growth. Responsibilities include creating a strong and safe cabin community, giving attention to the needs of individual campers, supporting program staff in teaching activities during the day (including archery, arts & crafts, fishing, challenge course activities, watersports, field games, hiking, music, and possible overnight camping trips off site), and serving as a positive role model for campers.

Kitchen Assistant
Head Cook or Kitchen Assistant
Sharing lovingly prepared meals is central to our life together at Camp Marshall. Our head cook and kitchen staff prepare nutritious meals for groups of 40 – 90 campers. Our kitchen staff sanitizes the kitchen and dining hall daily to ensure that Camp Marshall is in excellent standing with the Department of Health, and helps to maintain accurate records of food purchased and/or stored according to health code and ACA standards.

Office Manager
The Office Manager manages camp communications and scheduling, while participating in aspects of daily camp life. The office manager creates camp staff and program schedules, communicates with camper families, and coordinates volunteers.
